Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of quality services within Kirklees through service development and transformation initiatives.
* Assist with planning, financial management, evaluation, business development, and contract management.
* Lead service re-profiling, redesign, and change management projects.
* Develop workforce skills and CPD programmes for clinical teams.
* Engage in business planning and understand procurement and tendering processes for new business development.
* Develop and implement strategic directions for teams and services.
* Interpret and apply national and local policies related to service delivery.
* Manage quality and performance metrics.
