We are looking for an experienced and collaborative IT Project Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. In this vital role, you will drive the successful delivery of key IT initiatives that support both immediate business goals and long-term strategic objectives. About the Role: As an IT Project Manager, you will be the central point of contact for project planning, execution, and delivery. You will coordinate across technical teams, business stakeholders, and third parties to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies will be instrumental in managing complex projects and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage large-scale IT projects, maintaining flexibility to contribute to other initiatives. Develop and track project metrics, KPIs, and progress reports to ensure transparency. Implement best-practice project management approaches, balancing Agile and Waterfall methods. Manage stakeholder relationships across diverse environments, including startups and established markets. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess operational impact. Oversee risk mitigation, issue resolution, and escalation procedures throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain comprehensive documentation, ensuring processes are aligned with market standards. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, negotiating effectively to balance quality, service, and cost considerations. Collaborate with the group data team and promote knowledge sharing across the organisation. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in a fast-paced, growing organisation. Successful delivery of large-scale IT projects, with a strong understanding of insurance regulatory requirements. Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Strong technical acumen and experience with modern project management tools. Ability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively. Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging technical and business perspectives. Resilient, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a strategic mindset. What do we offer in return?
