Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Greater London. The Project Manager will oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of creative and technical production projects. Daily responsibilities include coordinating timelines, managing logistics, expediting project workflows, conducting inspections, and ensuring seamless collaboration between design, technical, and client teams. The role requires high levels of organisation and proactive problem-solving to meet project objectives within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage projects from initial client briefing through to on-site delivery and post-event review, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Prepare project quotations and budgets, manage purchase orders, track project costs and support final budget reconciliation.
* Coordinate production logistics including trucking, crew bookings, accommodation and the hire of ad-hoc items such as PPE, furniture and props.
* Manage technical production and scenic suppliers, ensuring project requirements are delivered to schedule and specification.
* Liaise with venues and venue partners, attend site visits where required and coordinate access, build schedules and installation timings.
* Work closely with internal design teams to ensure production solutions align with the creative brief while remaining practical and within budget.
* Develop and manage project timelines and critical paths, ensuring key milestones, production deadlines and onsite build schedules are achieved.
* Prepare RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and coordinate with engineers and venue teams where required.
* Support onsite during build, rehearsal and live event delivery, coordinating suppliers, crew and venue teams.
* Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle and support post-event debriefs and project reconciliation.
