We are recruiting amazing Female Support Workers to work in the Supported Living Homes we run in Dorchester. Whether you have experience or not, we will support you to reach your full potential by providing all the necessary training, guidance, and support to complete your care certificate and further qualifications.

We support people with learning disabilities and autism, behaviors of distress, personal care, epilepsy, complex needs, and more. If you have a caring, kind, and thoughtful nature, we would love to hear from you.
The Female Support Worker role will involve:
* Helping people learn skills to live the life they choose
* Providing personal care
* Supporting with shopping, housework, including cleaning and laundry
* Supporting with medication
* Supporting and encouraging participation in education, employment, and leisure opportunities
As the people we support have access to their own vehicles, it is essential that all Female Support Workers hold a full UK/EU car driving license.
