Overview
We are recruiting to both permanent and fixed‑term/secondment HR Advisor opportunities within our supportive and fast‑paced HR Business Partnering and Advisory Team. This is an exciting opportunity for HR professionals looking to further develop their employee relations experience within a busy NHS environment.
Our team delivers a high‑quality HR service, providing advice and support to managers and staff across the Trust both face‑to‑face and virtually. Working closely with teams including Resourcing, Payroll, Medical Workforce and Workforce Information, our HR Advisors manage a varied and complex caseload covering the full range of employee relations matters including sickness absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance management, flexible working and organisational change.
Responsibilities
The successful candidates will provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers across a wide range of employee relations matters, supporting services to manage workforce issues fairly, consistently and in line with Trust policy and employment legislation.
You will manage a varied and complex caseload, support organisational change activity, contribute to workforce initiatives and help develop manager capability through coaching, guidance and training delivery.
Requirements
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills along with the ability to work independently within a busy operational environment.
