About the Role:
We are partnering with a leading UK provider of sustainable power solutions to recruit a Battery Energy Storage System Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to join a fast-growing team and play a key role in the operational management, logistics, and deployment of a hybrid energy fleet.
The successful candidate will work closely with rental and sales teams, supporting the setup, installation, and training of engineers on battery energy storage and hybrid systems. This role combines hands-on technical work with operational coordination, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a varied and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong working relationships with sales teams and rental desks to ensure correct specification and use of equipment
2. Support 2nd line customer queries via the service desk, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
3. Attend project kick-off meetings at customer sites and assist with equipment specifications
4. Manage resources for the maintenance and upkeep of the hybrid fleet
