Main Responsibilities
Coordinate hotel bookings, optional tours, and ticketing arrangements.
Manage and respond to customer and supplier enquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and courteous communication to support business operations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Coordinate and communicate client arrangement details with the Japan office, ensuring accurate reporting and seamless cross-border collaboration to support service delivery and client satisfaction.
Participate in an on-call rotation, typically once a month, to provide customer support outside of office hours, on weekends, and during national holidays. During on-call shifts, liaise with team members and suppliers (e.g., tour guides, coach companies) to resolve urgent tour-related issues and ensure smooth operations for clients on the road.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 3 years Travel industry experience within the field of sales or operations is preferable
Educated to a minimum of GCSE Level Maths and English, Higher Diploma Level or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and standard office software for administrative support
Relevant Skills / Characteristics

Fluent written and verbal communication in Japanese and English
