Position Description
1. Perform internal audits
2. Maintain the HACCP system
3. Write quality and hygiene procedures
4. Manage QMS in conjunction with the Technical Manager. This includes BRC, ISO 14001, AIB, RSPO and customer-specific requirements.
5. Advise other departments in maintaining compliance
6. Prepare monthly reports
7. Oversee other QA functions
Experience
4+ years of food manufacturing experience.
Qualifications
8. Experience in maintaining a food-based QMS (e.g. BRC), procedure and policy writing
9. HACCP level 3 or above
