Working hours:
* 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM Monday to Friday,
* 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Saturdays (Alternate)
* Full UK Driver’s license + access to own car
Candidate requirements:
* Previous managerial experience within property
* Display high standards of presentation and service
* Proactive and positive approach to business generation
* Results-driven, hardworking, and focused
* Excellent rapport-building and customer service skills
* Use initiative to increase market growth
* Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs when buying and selling properties
Tasks of a Senior Sales Manager will include, but are not limited to:
* Oversee the management and daily operations of the branch
* Maximize income, profit, and revenue growth
* Develop long-standing relationships with clients
* Manage employee performance through reviews, meetings, and regular 121’s
* Successfully list a targeted number of properties
* Increase revenue and profitability through achieving business and personal targets
