Dream Medical is seeking an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our clients clinical team as a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner at a busy GP Surgery in Nottingham. You will be an autonomous practitioner working independently and in conjunction with other health care professionals. You will have a Minor injury and illness qualification and the ability to maintain and monitor high standards of care. Car park on site.
Responsibilities
* Assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients.
* Where necessary, referring to other members of the primary and secondary health care team.
Qualifications
* NMC Registration & Pin
* V100/V300 prescribing qualification
