Youwork alongside experienced engineers to resolve daily quality issues, lead structured problem-solving activities, and contribute to continuous improvement projects across the plant. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, world-class manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a strong understanding of CNH Industrial products and the high quality standards expected by our customers.Gain knowledge of the production processes and components within your assigned area.Identify quality losses and lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities.Collaborate effectively with suppliers to address non-conformities and drive improvements.Manage project activities through the Plant Operating System and maintain accurate documentation.Work cross-functionally with departments such as Engineering, Purchasing, and Production to ensure timely resolution of quality concerns and advancement of improvement projects.Experience RequiredCurrently studying for or recently completed a degree (or equivalent) in a relevant Engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical).Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A genuine interest in manufacturing, product quality, and customer satisfaction.Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.Team-oriented mindset with the confidence to lead where appropriate.Able to perform under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.Demonstrates curiosity, problem-solving ability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
