About the Role:
* Managing shared mailboxes
* Maintaining efficient and streamlined admin processes
* Managing the end-to-end order process from quote to delivery and invoicing
* Using vendor portals to place orders, track updates, and obtain invoices
* Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and distributors
* Ensuring SLAs and contract terms are met
* Keeping the sales team and customers updated on order progress
* Supporting the Team Leader with escalated queries
* Identifying and supporting improvements to sales admin processes
* Supporting the wider Sales & Business Admin Team / NOC as required
Requirements
* Proven experience in a sales support or similiar business role
* Confident and proactive, with a positive approach to challenges
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
* Commercial awareness with a customer-focused approach
* Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Good time management and responsiveness
* Process-driven with strong problem-solving skills
* Good understanding of business priorities and goals
* Adaptable and willing to support others when needed
