HR Business Partner – Professional Services, Bristol, up to £70’000 + Benefits.
We’re working with a leading Professional Services firm to help them find a dynamic HR Business Partner to join their high-performing HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, partnering with senior leaders across a specific business area with a headcount of 300 people, this role will shape and deliver a strategically aligned people agenda.
The Role
As HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders across three UK offices, driving performance through people and aligning HR strategy with business goals. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the annual people plan, coaching leaders, and influencing decisions around talent, structure, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with business leaders to develop and implement the business area people strategy.
2. Drive performance, engagement, and capability through effective coaching and HR support.
3. Lead on workforce planning, succession, promotions, and talent development.
4. Champion diversity and inclusion, embedding it into all aspects of the people agenda.
5. Use data and insight to influence decision-making and measure impact.
6. Manage employee relations with a pragmatic, risk-aware approach.
7. Oversee annual reward processes and recruitment strategy.
8. Line manage an HR Advisor and contribute to wider HR projects and initiatives.
About You
We’re looking for a proactive, commercially-minded HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll bring:
9. Proven HRBP or generalist HR experience, ideally within professional services.
10. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
11. Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
12. A data-driven approach to HR strategy and decision-making.
13. Experience coaching and developing others.
14. Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
