Agency Specialist - Part Time
The Intermediary Relationship Support team provides compliant, efficient intermediary onboarding and ongoing administration to AXA Health’s distribution partners, ensuring FCA alignment, accurate data management, and timely support to grow sales. You will manage intermediary applications, contract administration, system data integrity, network administration, sales support, agency links, digital transformation, and global health administration, delivering accurate, timely, and compliant service in a part‑time capacity (22.5 hours per week).
What you’ll be doing
* Guide intermediaries through the agency application process by phone and email, conducting due diligence per regulatory guidelines.
* Prepare and issue intermediary contracts and addendums; complete terminations in line with terms and deadlines.
* Create and maintain intermediary data across management systems, ensuring FCA alignment, updating contact, bank, and related data; set up/amend commission rates in our commission management system.
* Support networks with agreements, maintain membership lists, and provide membership reports to internal teams for payments.
* Set up user accounts for online quoting, advise on quotes/sales/policy queries, coordinate with other teams to resolve issues, and produce regular sales reports.
* Process appointment and authority letters; verify forms; forward to Commissions with linking instructions.
* Assist with the AXA Health Plan rollout to intermediaries, creating Salesforce broker accounts and aiding testing and issue reporting.
* Provide agency administration services for AXA Global Health, process intermediary applications/terms of business, maintain records in Actisure/Salesforce, apply commission rates, process letters of appointment, and conduct due diligence against international regulatory guidelines.
What you’ll bring
* 2+ years of customer service experience
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to deliver to tight timescales
* General understanding of FCA regulation, including Consumer Duty
* Experience with intermediary administration, TOBA/LOA processes, and contract management
* Familiarity with AXA Health systems (Salesforce, Actisure) and data entry
* Ability to liaise effectively with intermediaries, networks, and internal teams (e.g., Relationship Managers, Underwriting, Membership)
