Role: Warranty Administrator

Location: West Bromwich

Salary: Up to £30,000 D.O.E

Are you an experienced Warranty Administrator, or looking to start a career in administration, and keen to join a successful and expanding dealer group? This is a fantastic opportunity to become a Warranty Administrator based in West Bromwich.

This well-established, family-owned automotive group with over a century of experience. As the UK's largest dealer group for a prominent commercial vehicle brand and a leading professional vehicle dealer, we operate out of 13 depots across various regions, including the East Midlands, West Midlands, North Wales, Cambridgeshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire, and South Yorkshire. We offer a full suite of automotive services, from initial sales to comprehensive fleet management.

The Role
This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, totalling 37.5 basic weekly hours.

You will be responsible for:

* Preparing, processing, and invoicing warranty claims, adhering strictly to company and manufacturer guidelines.
* Monitoring claim statuses through to final payments.
* Full training and excellent progression opportunities will be provided to the successful candidate.

What We're Looking For

* We're seeking a computer-literate individual with excellent administration skills and outstanding organisational abilities.
* You should be enthusiastic, approachable, and able to resolve problems effectively, with a good, clear telephone manner.

While not essential, the following would be beneficial:

* A background in warranty or service administration.Vehicle technical knowledge.
* Experience with Autoline / Kerridge systems.
