A Conveyancer is required to support a busy Residential Property team and manage a caseload of conveyancing matters efficiently from instruction through to completion.
Responsibilities
* Managing a personal caseload of residential conveyancing matters
* Liaising professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders and other parties
* Contributing to team performance to support the achievement of business targets
* Supporting marketing and business development activity when required
Skills and Experience
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Ability to manage and prioritise a varied and busy workload
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Collaborative approach to working with colleagues across the business
