HR Generalist is required by a world-class media and entertainment company based in near London Bridge paying up to £45k. This is the perfect opportunity for a HR Generalist with experience working in the creative sector to join a growing organisation and support the processing of all HR procedures concerning recruitment, services, employee relations activities and payroll. The successful HR Generalist will be responsible for managing employee health insurance related matters, responding to employee queries, assisting with training and DEI monitoring and maintaining staff records in the HR systems like SAP & ADP Payroll. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in HR or in business-related field and 7 years experience in HR with a minimum of three years in an HR advisory/generalist role. You must also be proficient in Microsoft Excel and understanding of UK staffing, unions, and payroll laws. Only candidates with experience in the media, entertainment or creative sector will be considered.
