Our forward-thinking client, an innovative tech start-up with exciting growth plans, is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong bookkeeper comfortable with management accounts, HMRC, invoicing, and team collaboration.
Position Details
This is a permanent, part-time office-based role, requiring commitment of 2 days per week. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role involves supporting daily finance and administrative activities.
Salary
The annual salary for this role is £39,000 FTE. The pro-rata salary for two days a week is £15,600.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with quotes, orders, and purchases
* Creating monthly financial reports
* Managing VAT and PAYE
* Handling end-to-end payroll
* Creating and sending invoices
* Processing expense claims
* Supporting administrative tasks across the company
