GA KingsX Bar & Restaurant is a stand-alone restaurant inside a vibrant central London hotel. We believe in delivering an unforgettable guest experience. We're looking for an experienced Restaurant & Bar Floor Manager who will bring their passion, energy, food, and drink expertise to our team, ensuring our guests have a fantastic time every time they visit! You will report to the Food & Beverage Services Managers and be responsible for the Bar and the Restaurant floor during the evenings.
What you will be doing:
1. Manage and develop the evening Food & Beverage team - up to 20 staff members
2. Build great relationships with guests, offering personalized advice and fostering customer loyalty
3. Demonstrate expert knowledge of cocktails, wine, and food
4. Creativity and a passion for curating and developing unique and exciting drinks menus

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum including service charge
Eligibility: The successful candidate must already have the eligibility to work in the UK.
