With excellence at our core, we're now seeking a talented Management Accountant to join our finance team and help drive strategic decision-making across the business.
Responsibilities
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports including monthly management accounts
* Review end of day cash up and card reconciliations
* Aid budgeting and forecasting processes across the site
* Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to operational teams
* Monthly payroll preparation
* VAT returns
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures
* Liaise with external auditors and support year-end processes
* Collaborate with department heads to improve financial literacy and accountability
* Line management of Assistant Management Accountant
Requirements
* Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Experience in hospitality or leisure would be advantageous
* Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
* Excellent communication abilities
* Proficiency in financial systems and Excel
* A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
