The Role As Team Leader, you'll oversee the daily operations of a team of Desk-Based Account Managers, ensuring they deliver outstanding service while achieving ambitious sales targets. You'll coach, motivate, and develop your team, while also contributing to wider commercial strategies including market insights and product development.
