My client is looking for a Policy and Reward officer to support the Policy and Reward Manager in the development and implementation of People Services policies and strategies, to include Trade Union Facilities, Job Design and Pay and Reward, which contribute to and support the People Strategy and the strategic aims of the client
Day to Day Duties
1. To support the Policy and Reward Manager in the development, implementation and review of comprehensive corporate People Services Policies, Trade Union facilities, Job design and evaluation, Pay & Reward, Engagement and Consultation to support the People Strategy for the The client.
2. To support the Policy and Reward Manager in the development of strategies to support the organisation in the delivery of these key areas; HR Policy, collective bargaining arrangements, Job design and evaluation, Pay & Reward, Engagement and Consultation.
