Management Accountant (Fixed Term Contract)

About the company:
A well-established manufacturing business based in West Yorkshire, with a fixed term contract opportunity running into January 2026. You'll be supporting the Finance Manager in a broad role, particularly facing the production of management accounts.
Responsibilities include:
* Prepare management accounts.
* Ensure the integrity of management information, the P&L, Balance Sheet and supporting ledgers to the relevant accounting standards.
* Develop and maintain strong communication links with other departments, ensuring timely and appropriate communication on business matters.
* Providing support to other departments on Finance related queries.
* Support the Finance Manager in the preparation of financial reporting and analysis.
* Ad hoc duties
Skills/Qualifications required:
* Previous experience preparing management accounts
* Excellent communication skills
* Good time-management and organisational skills
* Good Excel skills
* Previous experience in a similar industry a bonus, but not required
