Job Summary
Reporting to the Brand Manager, the Influencer Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies focused on increasing brand awareness, engagement, audience growth, as well as driving traffic and revenue via influencer marketing. You will be confident in building relationships with influencers and agencies and manage campaigns from start to finish. You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure Beauty Works is represented authentically across various platforms.
You will be responsible for leading the global influencer strategy for all key markets, including the UK, US, and GCC regions.
The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical, work well under pressure, and be a great team player with excellent communication skills. You will be acutely socially aware and full of ideas, reacting first to social trends and initiating those best suited to our audience and brand messaging.
Role Outline & responsibilities
* Lead our global influencer marketing strategy across all key markets, including the UK, US and GCC regions.
* Explore and discover new talent, setting KPIs relevant to each social channel against brand and commercial objectives.
* Review and report on channel performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
* Manage influencer budgets and overall KPIs, ensuring targets and objectives are met across verticals.
* Execute paid influencer and gifting campaigns across all levels – micro, macro, and VIP/ambassador – ensuring Beauty Works hits key demographics and maintains a strong presence across all relevant social channels.
* Liaise with wider teams in social, CRM, Paid Media, and Ecommerce to execute 360° marketing campaigns and amplify influencer coverage.
* Maintain a strong understanding of existing and emerging social media platforms and how to utilise them within influencer marketing strategies.
* Nurture relationships with key agencies, talent managers, direct talent, and global brand ambassadors.
* Support the planning and coordination of influencer events, including product launches, salon activations, styling suites, and PR events.
Key Skills
* 3+ years experience in an influencer marketing role.
* Significant experience in influencer marketing, with a proven ability to lead impactful, end-to-end campaigns across diverse markets.
* Confident in managing global campaign budgets, with a focus on efficiency and maximising return on investment.
* Demonstrated success in delivering influencer strategies that boost brand visibility, engagement and commercial performance.
* Experience managing or mentoring team members, with a strong ability to inspire performance, support development and meet department KPI’s.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs and report on campaign effectiveness.
* Knowledge of influencer market and potential brand contacts.
* Creative and strategic thinker with a flair for developing innovative influencer initiatives that resonate with target audiences.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to pitch ideas and build lasting relationships with talent and agencies.
* Highly organised, with excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
