Job Description
Our Client is a corporately owned practice seeking an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join their warm and friendly team at their well-established practice in Reading.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday (9am to 7pm, with a 1-hour lunch break), plus 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am to 6pm), with no out-of-hours responsibilities.
You will be joining a team of 3 Vets, 2 RVNs, 3 SVNs, 2 VCAs, and 4 Receptionists. The team is led by the Practice Owner, who has over 15 years of industry experience and fosters a welcoming and supportive work environment.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and proactive Veterinary Surgeon with solid all-round skills. Success in this role will depend on your ability to deliver excellent patient and client care, embracing all aspects of the role. A strong team player with a positive attitude and passion for customer service will thrive in this environment.
The practice offers a well-equipped surgery, purpose-built to industry-leading standards, with Ultrasound, Digital X-Rays, Diathermy, Cautery, Acupuncture, a Multi-parameter machine, and in-house Biochemistry and Haema
