Are you an experienced Office Manager who is looking for their next long-term role, where organisation, responsibility and initiative are key? Do you take pride in keeping operations running smoothly while supporting a close-knit team of professionals?

As Office Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day administration of a well-established property investment and management business. From coordinating contractors and suppliers to managing office operations, compliance, and team support, you’ll act as the central point of contact, bringing structure, calm and professionalism to a dynamic working environment.

As Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:

* Overseeing day-to-day office administration, facilities management & PA duties to the Managing Director
* Coordinating contractors, maintenance and supplier relationships
* Managing office documentation, procedures and compliance records
* Assisting with basic finance tasks, such as invoice and budget tracking
* Supporting senior leadership with diaries, meetings and team organisation
* Creating a welcoming, well-run environment for staff, clients and visitors

As Office Manager, your skills and experience will include:

* Proven experience in an Office Manager or Senior Administrator role
* Strong organisational skills and a hands-on, proactive attitude
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Confident with Microsoft Office and general digital tools
* Comfortable working independently and supporting across business functions
