Role: Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £23,000 per year (+ Monthly bonus, bringing the annual salary to £26,000 - £27,000)
Location: Sheffield, S35
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Adecco Sheffield is excited to partner with a reputable client in North Sheffield to recruit an organized and motivated Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
Key duties include:
* Providing customers with quotations
* Processing customer orders
* Handling customer inquiries via telephone and email
* Ensuring accurate and complete documentation
* Communicating delivery updates to customers
* Collaborating with external sales teams and account managers for administrative support
* Performing general office administration tasks
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 5:00pm or 09:00am - 5:30pm, 37.5 hours/week.
Essential skills and experience:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Previous administrative experience
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service
* Proficient IT skills, including MS Office
