Relationship Manager – Property Finance (Bridging & Development Lending)
Location: Midlands or North of England

The Role
They are seeking an ambitious Relationship Manager to join the expanding team in a true business development-focused role. This is a sales position, focused on building strong relationships, sourcing new business, and driving deal flow across your region.
You will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence across the Midlands and/or the North, with a particular focus on leveraging existing connections and developing new broker and intermediary relationships across set geographies.
* Be on the road 2–3 days per week
* Build and manage strong broker relationships across your territory
* Generate consistent deal flow and hit monthly/quarterly targets
* Operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Represent the brand at a senior level in market
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven background in buy-to-let and/or bridging finance
* Strong network within the property finance or lending space (preferred)
* Confident in a field-based, business development-led role
* Self-motivated, commercially driven, and target-focused
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
