At Steer Automotive Group, we're proud to be setting new benchmarks in the accident repair industry. We're now looking for a skilled and motivated MET Technician to join our team — someone who shares our drive for excellence, commitment to innovation, and values integrity in every job.
Your Role:
* Carrying out mechanical, electrical, and trim work on a range of vehicles
* Stripping and refitting components to enable body repairs
* Diagnosing faults and ensuring all safety-critical systems are reinstated correctly
* Working closely with estimators, painters, and panel technicians to ensure seamless workflow
* Delivering quality repairs that meet manufacturer standards and exceed customer expectations
What You'll Need:
* Proven experience as an MET Technician in a busy bodyshop environment
* A solid understanding of modern vehicle systems and repair techniques
* High attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work
* A team player attitude and a passion for quality and safety
