We are seeking a Payroll Legislation Manager as one of the first key hires who will be responsible for ensuring Moorepays payroll products and services remain fully compliant with all relevant UK and Irish legislation. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations, acting as the subject matter expert for payroll legislation and statutory requirements. You will lead the identification, interpretation, and implementation of legislative changes, working closely with product managers, engineers, and operational teams to deliver compliant, robust payroll solutions.
