Digital Marketing Manager – Agency

R13 are partnering with a well-established, independent agency in their recruitment search for a senior digital marketing professional. This role will work closely with the agency Director and an existing team, providing experienced and hands-on support across predominantly paid media–led B2B campaigns. This role requires ample experience in a similar position, coming in and hitting the ground running to confidently take ownership of delivering integral client campaigns.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm with ample flexibility of hybrid working. Salary: £30, – £35, per annum, depending on experience.

The Day to Day:
3. Supporting the Digital Marketing Director with delivery across multiple B2B client accounts.
4. Planning, managing and optimising paid media campaigns, primarily across LinkedIn (organic & ads) and Google Ads.
5. Independently setting up, running and optimising LinkedIn ad campaigns.
6. Conducting audience, market, keyword and competitor research.
7. Writing clear, optimised copy for paid ads, websites and organic content.
8. Monitoring and managing campaign budgets, flagging risks and optimisation opportunities.
9. Tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
10. Interpreting performance data and making informed recommendations.
11. Confidently engaging in client meetings, including those with technical or specialist sectors.
12. Supporting pitches, proposals and quarterly planning activity.
13. Providing day-to-day guidance and support to a fellow team member.
You Will Have/Be:
14. Multiple years in a digital marketing role including at a senior level (agency background preferred but in-house experience considered).
15. Experience within professional services / tech is highly advantageous.
16. Proven, hands-on experience delivering paid media campaigns - not just overseeing them.
17. Confident setting up and managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns end-to-end.
18. Strong understanding of Google Ads and GA4 reporting.
19. Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple client accounts.
20. Calm and capable in client meetings.
21. Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to distil complex or technical subject matter into clear, marketable messaging.
22. Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
