Are you ready to take your customer service skills to the next level? We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our client's dynamic team in Birmingham! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the utilities industry with a company committed to empowering learners through exceptional retrofit training.

Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our client's valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth communication and efficient processing of inquiries. If you are proactive, organised, and love helping others, we want to hear from you!

Contract Type: Temporary contract

Daily Rate: £97 + holiday pay + temp benefits

Working Pattern: full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Process orders and manage customer accounts efficiently
Provide product and service information to customers
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Assist in resolving customer issues promptly and effectively

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in customer service or administration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills 💬
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
