Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide professional support to a Director of our healthcare business. This is a key role, requiring discretion, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
* Managing complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Preparing agendas, briefings, presentations, and reports.
* Acting as the first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and enquiries promptly and professionally.
* Supporting Board-level projects and ensuring timely follow-up on actions.
* Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders at all levels.
* Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
About You
* Previous experience as an Executive Assistant at senior or Board level, ideally within healthcare or a similarly complex sector.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs.
* Confident in managing competing priorities and deadlines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools.
* Discreet, proactive, and able to work independently.
