Due to recent changes within the Urology Service this exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented individual with multiple skills and an appetite for delivering a first class nursing service to join the team in one of the UKs most successful and progressive NHS Foundation Trusts.

The strategy focuses on equity of service offer and creating a resilient workforce who have the right skills, in the right place, at the right time.

There is an exciting opportunity for a Triage focused, Urology Clinical Nurse Specialist post within the urology division at WTWA MFT.

Key aspects of the role

The post holder will be expected to lead on triaging patients referred to Urology, reviewing results and providing specialist knowledge and care to the urology patient and their carers. They will support colleagues in the effective management of patients in their specialist area who require a high level of judgement, discretion and decision making. The post holder will provide education and training to patients, carers and healthcare professionals.

We’re proud to be a major academic Research Centre & Education provider, providing you with a robust infrastructure to encourage and facilitate high-quality research programmes. What’s more, we’re excited to be embarking on our Green Plan which sets out how MFT continues to play its part in making healthcare more sustainable.
