Technical Services Project Manager (Fire Bias)

Within this role, you will lead fire-related works across a live estate, from initial scope through to handover, with clear visibility and accountability.
You will be comfortable operating across service orders, minor works and capital projects, with a strong grounding in fire safety compliance and M&E systems.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of projects end-to-end, including:
* Managing service orders and minor/major projects from scope through to completion
* Leading fire remedial works driven by Fire Risk Assessments and compliance activity
* Developing project scopes, programmes, cost plans and risk registers
* Coordinating contractors, consultants and stakeholders
* Overseeing delivery on site, ensuring quality, safety and programme adherence
* Managing budgets, challenging costs and ensuring value for money
* Ensuring full compliance, governance and auditability across all works
There is a strong emphasis on fire systems and compliance-led capital works, including fire alarms, emergency lighting and wider M&E infrastructure.
What we’re looking for
This role suits someone who is confident and commercially aware, with experience across:
* Project management within the built environment
* Fire compliance and statutory remedial works
* Managing multiple projects, stakeholders and competing priorities
* CDM Regulations and design coordination
* Contractor and supply chain management
You’ll bring:
* A recognised qualification in construction, engineering, project management or a related discipline
* APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent
* Fire safety or compliance-related qualifications
* IOSH or NEBOSH
* Strong working knowledge of fire legislation and standards
You’ll manage critical fire compliance delivery across an estate, with the autonomy to shape how projects are delivered and improved.
