Where you'll be working
You'll join our lifeguarding team at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre, TW11 8EZ.
Facilities here include main and learner pools, fitness suite, spin studio, hydrotherapy pool and studio space. The centre is open to the public 7 day a week from 6.30am to 10pm.
What you'll be doing
Providing a professional and friendly approach to pool safety will be your main objective. Making sure that all customers are kept in a safe and secure environment, delivering great customer service and ensuring facilities are clean, safe and staffed, so that every customer has a great experience.

What we'll need from you
You must hold a UK recognised National Pool Lifeguard qualification for this role. A first aid qualification and some experience would also be very desirable.
Good communication and organisational skills are essential for this role.
You'll also need knowledge of Health & Safety and an understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of a service.
You'll be working a rolling 4 week rota averaging 22 hours per week and this will include a mix of weekday and weekend shifts. (Weekday early shifts are 6am to 2pm and weekday late shifts are 2pm to 10pm. Weekend shifts are 7.30am to 3.30pm.)

Actual starting salary will be £15,887pa for 22 hours p/w
Salary progression range is £15,887 to £18,696pa
