We are looking for a confident, design-led Sales Consultant to join our showroom team. This is a client-facing role where you will combine your passion for interiors with your sales expertise to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll work closely with clients visiting the showroom, advising on products, finishes, and design solutions, while also supporting our wider design team on projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and engage clients in the showroom, offering a tailored and professional experience.
* Advise on furniture, homeware, and design solutions in line with client needs and our brand style.
* Support interior design projects with product sourcing, mood boards, and showroom presentations.
* Drive sales through strong product knowledge and a consultative approach.
* Maintain showroom standards, ensuring displays are always presented to the highest level.
* Contribute to marketing and promotional activity, including events and social media content.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven sales experience, ideally within interiors, furniture, or luxury retail.
* A background in interior design (formal training or industry experience).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Confident working in a design-led environment with a keen eye for detail.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
* Competent in digital tools (email, basic design software/Canva an advantage).
