Finance Manager
Location: Brentwood / Hybrid
Contract: Fixed-term (with opportunity to become permanent)
Salary: £55,000
A boutique facilities management company is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join on a fixed-term contract, with strong potential for the role to become permanent.
This role is ideal for someone confident managing the full finance function within a small but growing business and comfortable working closely with directors.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day finance operations
Produce monthly management accounts and financial reports
Manage cashflow, forecasting, and budgeting
Handle payroll, invoices, and supplier payments
Support senior leadership with financial planning and decision-making
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Implement and improve financial processes as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
Experience within facilities management or building services is essential
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Comfortable working independently in an SME environment
Excellent attention to detail and organisation
Qualified or QBE candidates considered
