A Career as Unique as You Are
As our part time Store Administrator, you will assist back of house and be responsible for ensuring the stores administration processes are followed through accurately and consistently. You will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our Glasgow store and be a part of a dynamic and customer service driven team. Assisting on a part time, permanent basis three days out of seven (we offer flexibility to choose your working days) across 22.5 hours a week.
Here is How We See Your Role:
Collection and posting out of items from the store.
Ordering of special-order products.
Chasing of special orders and communicating with departments on progress.
Receiving of stock and orders.
Distribution of orders to departments.
Management of invoices.
Receiving of estimates, accurate entering of information on Encore system.
Processing of Web orders and click and collect orders.
Monthly stock take completion.
Produce letters and compile mail merges as required.
Filing and administration duties for all departments.
Accurate entering of data on the company system.
Organising the stores invoices for special orders and stock items.
Maintaining professional relationships with our suppliers and company departments.
Handle incoming calls and emails to/from the business, as required.
Order and organise stationery supplies and maintain company documents.
Awareness and adherence of safety and security procedures.
Provide support for the general running and maintenance of the store.
All other administration ad hoc duties as directed by Management.
The Perfect Person We are Looking For:
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Experience in a similar role assisting within the retail sector (highly desired).
Excellent administrative skills.
Flexible approach and willing to assist in a variety of tasks.
Computer literate with strong experience in Microsoft Office.
Accurate processing of post in and out of the store.
Accuracy of data and information in company systems.
Organisation of invoice system.
Ability to prioritise workloads and use own initiative.
Confident and responsible attitude.
Flexible approach can do attitude and willing to assist in a variety of tasks.
Good team player.
