3. Assist in planning and executing healthcare-related projects within the retail sector.
4. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
5. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
6. Identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them effectively.
7. Analyse data and prepare detailed reports to support decision-making processes.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Contribute to process improvements to enhance project delivery within the healthcare department.
10. Support budgeting and resource allocation for assigned projects.
11. 30 hours a week, part time, each day working 6 hours over 5 days.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Deputy Pharmacy Manager should have:
12. GPhC registered
13. Experience in working as a Deputy Pharmacist within the retail or healthcare industry.
14. A solid understanding of project planning, execution, and risk management techniques.
15. Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
16. Strong organisational and analytical skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
17. Excellent communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
18. A results-driven approach with a keen eye for detail.
19. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards within the healthcare sector.
