Responsibilities
* Develop and grow strategic partnerships with key accounts and prospects.
* Identify and win new business through value‑based selling and competitive differentiation.
* Promote NSF’s Water Services portfolio, including certification to standards such as Regulation 4 and NSF/ANSI 61.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and strategic project execution.
* Represent NSF at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings (50% face‑to‑face / 50% virtual).
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management using Salesforce CRM.
* Partner with marketing to build and execute territory‑specific campaigns.
Qualifications
* Proven sales experience – ideally in water treatment, certification, or related industries.
* A hunter mindset with a proactive, target‑driven approach.
* Strong relationship‑building skills and commercial acumen.
* Experience in cross‑functional environments and project management.
* Familiarity with TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) is a plus, but not essential.
* Knowledge of Regulation 4 or NSF/ANSI 61 standards is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
* Willingness to travel (~30%) and work in a high‑pressure, performance‑focused environment.
