Overview
Join to apply for the Executive Assistant to VP, Marketing role at Adobe.
Adobe is on a mission to hire the very best and create exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We encourage new ideas to come from anywhere in the organization and believe the next big idea could be yours.
The Opportunity
From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed at night consider the media you consume, the adverts you see, the apps you use, the websites you browse and almost all of the shopping you do online throughout the day. Chances are that every single one of those interactions was touched by an Adobe product. We are looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment to support the Vice President of Marketing for Adobe’s Digital Experience business. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, adaptable, and possesses exceptional project management skills. You’ll be a strategic partner who anticipates needs, manages priorities with intention, and enables your executive to operate at their highest level.
What you’ll do
* Executive Support & Strategic Partnership
o Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the VP, anticipating needs and proactively managing time, priorities, and communications.
o Act as a strategic filter for all incoming requests—seeking clarity, understanding intent, and assessing the value to determine if action is necessary or if delegation is more appropriate.
o Confidently prioritize, defer, or escalate tasks and meeting invitations based on alignment to business goals.
o Manage complex and fluid calendar scheduling across global time zones; protect executive time by identifying what deserves attention and what doesn’t.
o Prepare the executive for meetings by ensuring relevant materials, context, and insights are delivered in advance.
o Coordinate and draft communications, including agendas, talking points, briefs, and follow-ups as needed.
* Project & Program Management
o Own or support high-visibility cross-functional projects and workstreams aligned to marketing and executive goals.
o Drive timelines, set milestones, and ensure deliverables are met—holding others accountable when needed.
o Partner closely with the VP’s leadership team and program leads to keep top priorities moving forward.
o Track progress on key initiatives, providing weekly status updates and surfacing risks or blockers early.
* Team Operations & Communication
o Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders, helping streamline team operations and cadence.
o Plan and coordinate team offsites, all-hands meetings, business reviews, and leadership summits.
o Support budget tracking, vendor relationships, procurement, and contract workflows with operational discipline.
o Maintain discretion, handle confidential information with care, and serve as a cultural ambassador for the team.
* Anticipate & Adapt
o Be one step ahead—always thinking strategically about what’s coming next.
o Thrive in ambiguity by staying focused, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
o Flag emerging needs, offer solutions before being asked, and adapt to the shifting priorities of a dynamic organization.
What you’ll need to succeed
* 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in a fast-paced, global tech or marketing environment.
* Proven ability to filter noise from substance—seeking clarity and prioritizing tasks based on strategic relevance and impact.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to lead through influence, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex information with clarity and poise.
* Tech-savvy and highly proficient in calendar and productivity tools (e.g., Outlook, Workfront, Confluence, Slack, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks with grace and urgency.
* A proactive mindset: you anticipate problems before they arise and take initiative without being asked.
* High EQ and professionalism; you build trust, foster collaboration, and uphold confidentiality at all times.
