Schools in Haywards Heath Minimum 3 days per week
We are currently looking for Class Support Assistants / Supply Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Haywards Heath.
This role is ideal for individuals who are studying education-related courses and want to gain valuable classroom experience while working flexibly.
The Role
As a Class Support Assistant, you will:
* Support the teacher in the classroom
* Work with small groups of students or provide 1:1 support
* Help create a positive learning environment
* Assist with classroom activities and behaviour support
Requirements
* Available to work at least 3 days per week
* Interest in working with children and young people
* Currently studying or completed an education-related qualification such as:
o CACHE Level 2
o CACHE Level 3
o NCFE - Supporting Teaching and Learning
o Other education or childcare courses

* Reliable and enthusiastic individuals
* Strong communication skills
* A passion for supporting students in their learning
* Previous school or childcare experience is beneficial but not essential
