About the Role
We are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join a busy finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing sales and purchase invoices accurately and maintaining financial records. This role supports the overall financial function of the business and requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Process high volumes of sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Respond to customer queries relating to invoices and payments.
Maintain and update purchase transaction records and assist with year-end accounts.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Engineering Invoices: Compare estimates, update internal systems, and liaise with department heads.
Generate interim engineering fee invoices and maintain schedules.
Match warranty claims to invoices and liaise with the Accounts Lead where required.
Prepare private flying revenue invoices and update customer records.
Input approved purchase invoices into the finance system with supporting documentation.
