Role Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for visitors, pupils, students, and staff, offering a warm and welcoming environment.
* Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
* Provide administrative support to the leadership team and teaching staff, ensuring smooth school operations.
* Maintain and update student records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
* Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events for both staff and parents.
* Handle incoming and outgoing post, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
* Support the preparation of documents, letters, and other materials for staff and parents.
* Help maintain the school's filing system, ensuring confidentiality and ease of access to important documents.
* Coordinate and assist with school events, including parent evenings and special activities.
* Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
* Assist with general office duties as needed, contributing to a positive and productive school atmosphere.

Position Details:
* Contract: 33.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time (43.6 weeks per annum)
* Hours: 8:30 to 15:45 with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
