Silicon Design Engineer - AMD
Overview
AMD is looking for a talented individual to join the Wireless Engineering team as a Graduate Verification Engineer. This role involves developing testbench architectures and verifying Wireless IP and Digital Front End Sub-systems for 4G and 5G Communication Systems, as part of the Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoC and Zynq RFSoC DFE families.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop testbench architectures and verification methodologies for Wireless IP and Digital Front End Sub-systems
* Verify multi-giga-sample RF data converters and related components
* Collaborate with the team to apply leading-edge technology and methodologies
About You
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of scripting languages (Perl/Python) would be an advantage
* Experience in object-oriented programming would be an advantage
* Experience in UVM framework would be an advantage
* Experience in C/C++ or MATLAB would be an advantage
* Knowledge of Vivado software would be an advantage
Preferred Experience
* Experience with SystemVerilog/Verilog would be beneficial
* Experience in digital logic (FPGAs, ASICs, embedded processors or microcontrollers)
* Experience with basic Linux shell commands
Academic Credentials
* Degree/Masters in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science
