The post holder is responsible for all soft services at the Ellens Glen House site.

What You'll Do:
Develop and maintain good working relationships.
Manage day-to-day operations, including:
* Operational budget management
* Reporting concerns or disputes
* Implementing plans to resolve issues
Ensure service delivery meets required levels.
Manage the workforce according to policies, including employee relations.
Lead services related to administration, recruitment, talent succession, and payroll.
Enforce health and safety regulations across the site.
Oversee on-site training, considering legislative changes and best practices.
What You Bring:
Experience in management within the soft FM industry.
Adaptable, resilient, with general HR skills including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Strong communication, numerical skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a food safety qualification (CIEH Level 3 or equivalent).
Experience in healthcare settings preferred.
