As National Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of key national wholesale customers including Matthew Clark, LWC, Brakes and Bidfood. This is a hands‑on commercial role suited to someone who enjoys being close to customers, driving growth and influencing across both internal and external stakeholders. Backgrounds across Wholesale, Off‑Trade or On‑Trade are all welcomed.

* Manage and grow a portfolio of major national wholesale accounts
* Drive commercial performance across growth, retention and new business
* Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships
* Identify opportunities to expand distribution and strengthen partnerships
What we’re looking for...
* Proven experience in National Account Management (Wholesale)
* Strong commercial acumen with exposure to P&L ownership/influence
* Confident in managing or mentoring others
* Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills
* Proactive, hands‑on approach with a strong sense of ownership
* Inclusive leadership style
Package
* £50,000 – £55,000 + bonus
* £5,000 car allowance + pension
* Home-based with 1 day per week in Kent
