The Role
Are you a hands-on leader from a field operations background, seeking a role where your decisions make a real difference daily?
At United Utilities, we're looking for a confident leader who understands frontline operations and can unite teams to deliver results safely and efficiently.
You will direct a regional team of network professionals, owning operational performance, safety, and service delivery across a geographical area. Your leadership will support our commitment to excellent customer service while meeting regulatory and environmental standards.
Key Accountabilities
* Managing and developing a team of field professionals, ensuring operational effectiveness and delivery excellence.
* Owning performance, safety, and compliance, meeting internal standards and external regulatory targets, including Outcome Delivery Incentives (ODIs).
* Fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
* Collaborating across functions for seamless service and data-driven decisions that benefit our people, assets, and customers.
* Leading visibly in the field, providing clarity, structure, and motivation to your team.
