We are seeking a professional and personable Spa Therapist to join our esteemed wellness team. The Spa Therapist will also be involved in managing social media platforms and supporting front desk operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a wide range of spa treatments including deep tissue massages, facials, maI cures and pedicures, and other specialised therapies.
* Provide outstanding guest services by understanding individual needs and offering personalised recommendations.
* Manage front desk duties such as booking appointments, greeting clients, and handling enquiries with professionalism.
* Assist with social media management by creating engaging content to promote services and special offers.
* Upsell additional treatments or products to enhance guest satisfaction and maximise revenue opportunities.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms and communal areas in accordance with health and safety standards.
* Support management with administrative tasks related to scheduling, stock control, and client records.
* Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.
Requirements
* Certification or qualification in massage therapy (including deep tissue massage), and beauty treatments Is desirable.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with clients and team members.
* Knowledge of beauty standards combined with excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Ability to perform multiple roles including front desk duties, treatment provision, and social media engagement.
* Organised with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in upselling treatments or products is advantageous but not essential.
